### **Shipping Information**
#### **Shipping Destination**
We proudly design and ship our products **Australia-wide only**. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
#### **Shipping Carrier**
All our orders are dispatched securely via **Australia Post**.
#### **Turnaround & Delivery Times**
Our total delivery time is a combination of production time and shipping time.
* **Production Time:** As most of our products are custom engraved, production commences only **after** you have given final approval of your artwork proof. Typically, production takes **5-7 business days** from artwork approval. This can vary slightly depending on the size and complexity of your order.
* **Shipping Time:** Once dispatched, shipping times are subject to Australia Post's delivery network. As a guide:
* **NSW Metro:** 2-4 business days
* **Interstate Metro:** 3-6 business days
* **Regional & Remote Areas:** May take longer.
Please note these are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
#### **Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on the total weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to see the final shipping cost before confirming your payment.
#### **Order Tracking**
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include your **Australia Post tracking number**. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the Australia Post website.
#### **Local Pickup (Click & Collect)**
We are pleased to offer a free local pickup option from our workshop in Croydon Park, NSW.
1. Select **"Local Pickup"** as your shipping method at checkout.
2. We will process your order and notify you via email as soon as it is ready for collection.
3. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) when you come to collect your items.

For all custom engraved orders, **full payment is required after you have approved the final artwork proof.** Once payment is received, your order will move into the production phase.

#### **Pricing & GST**
All prices listed on our website are in **Australian Dollars (AUD)** and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
