Welcome to The Trophy Store. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at **https://thetrophystore.au/** ("Site"), and the purchase of any products ("Goods") from us.

By accessing our Site, creating an account, or purchasing Goods from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

#### **3. Orders, Pricing & Payment**
* **Pricing:** All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to change prices for Goods at any time without prior notice.
* **Placing an Order:** By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Goods subject to these Terms. An order is not confirmed until the conditions in section 4 are met.
* **Payment:** For all custom engraved orders, full payment is required after you have approved the final artwork proof and before your order moves into the production phase. We accept payment via the methods listed on our payment page.
#### **4. Artwork Approval Process**
This process is a critical part of our agreement.
* **Proof:** For all customised Goods, we will provide you with a digital artwork proof via email for your review and approval.
* **Your Responsibility:** It is your sole responsibility to carefully review this proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, dates, names, and layout.
* **Final Approval:** Your written approval of the artwork proof (e.g., via email) constitutes a final and binding agreement that the proof is correct and accurate. Production will commence based on this approved proof.
* **Liability:** We accept no liability for any errors that were present on a proof that you have approved. The responsibility for the accuracy of the approved text and layout lies with you, the customer.
#### **5. Shipping and Delivery**
* **Destination:** Shipping is available within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.
* **Carrier:** We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
* **Costs and Times:** For detailed information on shipping costs, turnaround times, and delivery estimates, please refer to our "Shipping & Payment Information" page.
* **Risk and Title:** Risk in the Goods passes to you upon dispatch from our premises. Title to the Goods passes to you only after we have received full payment for them. We are not liable for any loss or damage to Goods during transit.
#### **6. Returns and Refunds**
Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides detailed information about your rights and our obligations regarding returns.
* **Custom Goods:** Due to the personalised nature of our Goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or errors on artwork that you have approved.
* **Consumer Guarantees:** Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or does not match the approved artwork proof, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by following the procedure in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

* **Our Content:** All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Trophy Store and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any part of this Site without our prior written permission.
